Applying for Membership
The application can be completed
on-line by clicking here. This is the preferred method.
Alternatively you can download and print an application form for completion by hand.
Once completed AND SIGNED please post to:
UKAFN members co-ordinator
9 Brady Street,
London E1 5DG
(you may fax the completed form to 020 3299 1598 if you prefer.)
We would like you to apply using the online system as it will save considerable administrative time keying in your information.
Please note that all application forms have a declaration to sign, your application form can not be processed without this. Submitting an application on-line requires you to agree to the same conditions as appear on the printed application form.
CONFIRM APPLICATION
Some, probably bona-fide, applicants are failing to respond to the email sent to the declared email address.
This is required to attempt to discourage spammers gaining access to the site. Your application will not even be submitted until you respond to the mailing. If you experience any difficulties please use the
feedback form for assistance.
Confirm your on-line application
Please note that on-line applications will NOT be submitted until you have responded to the email generated by your application.
If you experience any difficulties with your on-line application please submit a membership response form accessible
here. Please include your username, firstname and surname and we will look in to the matter for you.
Benefits of Membership
We hope you join and assist us in making this a vibrant and innovative community.
We intend to introduce services such as the notification and promotion of Courses and Events. Registered members would have advanced notice of such activities.
The Message Board system will contain private areas only accessible by Registered Members. We hope the Message Board will prove to be a very useful resource and be at the heart of a thriving on-line community.
In the longer term we hope to carry advertising for employment within the Forensic Nursing arena, again there will be priority access for Registered Members.
Registered Members will have priority in the submission of links, courses, events, news and articles for them to be considered for inclusion in the site.
Registered members will be entitled to an email address at UKAFN-members.org provided that they comply with the terms and conditions of use.
